Our Story

cOur story is short, but intense.

It all began on a family trip to southern Spain. On our way to the beaches of Andalucía, we decided to stop in Jaén. At the hotel reception, they told us:

“In your room you’ll find water, coffee, tea… and complimentary olive oil.”

Complimentary olive oil?

That’s when it clicked: we were in Jaén, the olive oil capital of the world. We soon discovered that nearly 20% of the world’s olive oil is produced there—one out of every five bottles begins in that land.

We tasted it. And something changed.

We visited cooperatives, toured olive mills, and bought several boxes almost on instinct. Back in Madrid, we started gifting them, hosting tastings, meeting producers. Our minds were blown.

We realized olive oil wasn’t just a product. It was culture. Territory. Identity.

Later, on a trip to the United States, we hosted a small tasting for friends. The reaction was immediate:

“This isn’t just olive oil. It’s an experience.”

And that’s where it all began.
