Full Description
We begin with curious cultural insights about Spain and the role olive oil plays in daily life. You’ll learn how to distinguish premium olive oil from industrial production and understand what truly defines quality.
You’ll taste 3 selected olive oils, guided step-by-step to explore aroma, texture, bitterness, and balance.
You will discover the secret that differentiates supermarket extra virgin olive oil from premium oils, learning how to select and appreciate authentic liquid gold.
The experience continues with 4 olive oil and wine pairings using 2 curated wines, designed to show how flavors interact and enhance one another. Wine is served generously throughout, and traditional tapas are included.
As you taste and pair, we share more cultural details and everyday traditions that connect food with Spanish identity. This experience is relaxed, engaging, and designed for curious travelers who want to explore Madrid through flavor and culture.
